About me

I’m a researcher specializing in food chemistry, aquatic sciences, and biotechnology. With a passion for scientific innovation and sustainable solutions, my work focuses on value-added product development, omega-3 fortification, and waste-to-resource research.
Currently pursuing an M.Phil. in Food Chemistry, I’ve collaborated on national projects, published scientific articles, and contributed to commercial product development in Sri Lanka.
